The Sims 4 Marketplace has a new cottagecore addition. The Sophie Set by SolunaRae dropped today with 13 Build Mode items priced at 300 Moola (roughly $3 USD), and it landed without any prior announcement from Maxis or the maker.
What's in the Sophie Set
SolunaRae is a new name on the Marketplace, and their debut pack leans heavily into a handcrafted cottage bedroom aesthetic. The 13 items include bedroom furniture, a bookshelf, a comfy chair, and a rustic room divider that together form a cozy reading nook alongside the main sleeping area.
Decorative details pull from a hand-painted, crocheted, heirloom-inspired look: heart-shaped accents, cheerful flowers, and finishes that give pieces a well-loved, lived-in quality rather than showroom polish.
Color options
Each item ships with multiple swatches split into two palettes. There's a spring pastel range with soft, muted tones for lighter builds, and an earthy green-and-red palette aimed at warmer, more natural interiors. That gives builders flexibility to fit the set into different cottage styles without needing recolors.
How to get it
The Sophie Set is available now through the in-game Marketplace or the online Marketplace storefront. At 300 Moola it sits at the lower end of Maker Pack pricing, comparable to the paid packs that arrived when the Marketplace added three new Maker Packs in early July.
Worth noting: because there was no blog post, social media teaser, or patch note attached to this release, some players may not realize it's there unless they browse the storefront directly.
Who it's for
If you build cottage-style homes or like bedroom sets with a handmade feel, 13 items for $3 is a reasonable ask. The pack is Build Mode only, so there are no new CAS items or gameplay interactions here. Builders who already own Cottage Living or similar packs will find it slots in alongside that content without overlap.
