The Sims 4 Marketplace is running one of its first-ever kit sales, discounting six kits by up to 30% for the next week. The deal went live today, July 9, and runs until July 15, 2026 at 10AM PST.
Which kits are on sale
Only six of the 50-plus available kits are included in this promotion:
- The Sims 4 Tea Time Solarium Kit
- The Sims 4 Restoration Workshop Kit
- The Sims 4 Kitchen Clutter Kit
- The Sims 4 Storybook Nursery Kit
- The Sims 4 Cozy Bistro Kit
- The Sims 4 Poolside Splash Kit
The selection spans build/buy focused packs (Kitchen Clutter, Tea Time Solarium, Storybook Nursery) and packs with stronger gameplay or CAS additions (Restoration Workshop, Cozy Bistro, Poolside Splash), so there is something for builders and players alike.
Why this matters
Kits rarely go on sale at all, and this is the first time discounts have appeared exclusively through the in-game Marketplace rather than Origin or Steam seasonal events. The timing coincides with a fresh batch of Maker Packs arriving on the Marketplace today, which suggests EA may be using kit deals to drive traffic toward the newer creator-made content.
At full price, kits run about $5 USD each. A 30% discount brings that closer to $3.50 per kit, which puts them in the same price range as most Maker Packs.
How to grab the deal
Open The Sims 4, navigate to the Marketplace tab, and look for the discounted kits in the storefront. The sale prices should appear automatically on the listed kits. You have until the morning of July 15 (10AM PST) to decide.
If you have been on the fence about any of these six packs, this is a rare window. Kit sales have been essentially nonexistent until now, so there is no guarantee when or if they will return at this price.
