SimGoodie started as a small side project about 7 years ago because I simply loved playing The Sims and really wanted to share my joy of the game with otherNorwegian fans. Over those 7 years, the site has grown to become the largest The Sims fan site in the country and so much more than just a side project. We have between300–400_ unique readers every day, almost 2,000 fans on our Facebook page, almost 5,000 followers on Twitter, and our own social network withover 2,000 members. SimGoodie has grown — it has become so muchmore than what it was 7 years ago. With all these amazing numbers, keeping everything running requires a solid server and, above all, a lot of hard work. I haven't been particularly good at running ads on SimGoodie, and I havenever charged anyone just to use the site normally. Honestly, running this website has always put me in the red. Here at SimGoodie we have a whole range of big plans we would love to have ready for the launch of The Sims 4, but we haven't been able to make them happen simply because the finances don't allow it — and that's why we're reaching out to you.
