High-End Loft Stuff is the first stuff pack released for The Sims 3, bringing around 45 new objects with a modern loft theme. Known as Luksus og Design in Scandinavian markets and Design and High-Tech Stuff in some other European regions, the pack was developed by The Sims Studio and published by Electronic Arts. It requires The Sims 3 base game to play.
What the pack includes
The collection adds furniture for bedrooms, living rooms, bathrooms, offices, and outdoor patios, all styled around a sleek contemporary look. Electronics include wall-mounted TVs, PCs, stereos, and gaming consoles. New clothing options and hairstyles are included across everyday and formal categories. In build mode, the pack adds glass-panel fences, modern doors and archways, and decorative steps, giving players the pieces to put together open-plan loft spaces.
Anniversary legacy items
Released on 2 February 2010 during the franchise's tenth anniversary year, the pack includes three returning objects from The Sims and The Sims 2. The Vibromatic LN3000 heart-shaped vibrating bed, the Das Kauker R86 electric guitar, and the All My Fishes aquarium each return as functional items in The Sims 3. These fan favorites from earlier titles serve as a small tribute to the series' history.
Moodlets and environment scores
Many objects in the pack carry high environment ratings, which raise your Sims' mood when placed in a room. The MedeaMedia Wall TV and the FormFunk T-Object both grant the Pristine Picture moodlet, while beds and seating items provide strong Comfy boosts. The Enjoying Music moodlet is available through the BeoWuuf Stack stereo and other audio items. For players who like to decorate with gameplay benefits in mind, these objects work well as both stylish furnishings and practical mood sources.
