Moonlight Peaks is out now on Steam
Moonlight Peaks, a supernatural farming and life sim from developer Little Chicken, launched on Steam on July 6 and is also headed to Nintendo Switch and Switch 2. Published by XSEED Games and Marvelous Europe, the game puts players in the role of a vampire tending to a gothic homestead in a town populated by werewolves, witches, and mermaids.
If the pitch sounds like Stardew Valley by way of Monster High, that comparison is not far off. The daily loop follows the same rhythm fans of cozy farming sims will recognize (crops, fishing, cooking, romance) but flips the schedule: your character rises from a coffin at nightfall and works until sunrise. The crops are mystical, the livestock is magical, and potion-brewing and spell-casting sit alongside the more traditional genre activities.

On Steam, Moonlight Peaks is priced at $34.99, with a 15% launch discount bringing it to $29.74 until July 13. A Digital Deluxe Edition bundles in the original soundtrack and a digital art book. A free demo is still available for anyone who wants to try before buying.
For life-sim fans looking for something with a distinct identity in a crowded genre, the vampire angle and nighttime schedule offer a hook that goes beyond a simple aesthetic reskin.
