What the kit includes
Yard Charm Kit is an Architecture and Décor Creator Kit developed in collaboration with Ravasheen, a longtime custom content creator and modder in the Sims community. Released on February 26, 2026, it adds 25 Build Mode objects focused on outdoor spaces: porches, entry areas, walkways, and small yard corners where Sims can relax.
The kit's visual direction leans into handcrafted aesthetics with modern tones and textures. Color swatches include both bright, playful options and neutral tones for more versatile placement across different lot styles.
Standout objects
Several items give outdoor lots something new. The Some Assembly Required Submerged Hot Tub adds a pink outdoor hot tub to the catalog. The Wood You Live Here? Address Sign features backlit, modern house numbers on a DIY-style base. The Fragile Breeze Wind Chime and the Plank and Post Mailbox, styled as a birdhouse, round out the porch area. The Path of Least Resistance comes in straight and curved variants for custom walkways.
Other objects include the Weekend Project furniture set (bench, lounge chair, and end table), The Simsonian Micro Gallery for displaying small items, The Feather Fountain, Illumi-rocks decorative lighting, and several planters, doormats, and yard signs.
Who it's for
Yard Charm Kit is aimed at builders who want to detail outdoor spaces with colorful, personality-driven pieces. All 25 items are Build Mode objects, so there are no new gameplay systems, Create a Sim items, or lot types included. The kit requires The Sims 4 base game and all game updates.
