What the kit includes
SpongeBob's House Kit is a licensed Nickelodeon collaboration that brings around 25 build/buy items to The Sims 4, all drawn from SpongeBob SquarePants and his pineapple home at 124 Conch Street. The kit focuses entirely on build and buy mode objects and does not include any Create-a-Sim content.
Items reference SpongeBob's pineapple house, the Krusty Krab, and Bikini Bottom more broadly, with episode-specific Easter eggs scattered across the collection.
Building materials
The kit supplies the pieces needed to recreate SpongeBob's pineapple exterior: textured pineapple siding, pineapple-patterned roofing, and a leaf-shaped Pineapple Topper for the roof. Interior walls include Pineapple Under The Sea wallpaper, Sturdy Steel Plating, and Bamboo Block Print swatches, while Sun-Soaked Sand flooring tiles complete the underwater look. For architectural details, the kit adds a Steel Hatch door, the Privateer Door, and a Port-Of-Call Porthole window.
Furniture and decor
Furniture leans into locations and gags from the show. SpongeBob's Diver Helmet TV recreates the television from his living room, while the Foghorn Alarm is a functional alarm clock with visual effects and sound to make sure your Sims are never late for a shift at the Krusty Krab. The "I'm Ready!" Single Bed, Legendary Life Raft Chair, Inflatable Loveseat, and Buccaneer's Barrel Chair cover seating and sleeping, and the "Hook, Line, and Sinker" Side Table and Fry Cook's Favorite Dining Table round out the surfaces.
Decorative pieces include the "Going on Strike!" Record Player, All Hail The Magic Conch, F.U.N. Frames, Little Sky Flower, "Playing Hooky" Lure, Brilliant Bubble Vent, and Light For "Advanced Darkness," each nodding to specific episodes or running gags from the series.

SpongeBob's House Kit released on December 4, 2025 and is available on PC via the EA app, Steam, and Epic Games Store, as well as on Mac, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X|S. The kit requires only The Sims 4 base game.
