What the kit includes
Secret Sanctuary Kit is one of the few kits that bundles both Create a Sim and Build/Buy content in a single pack. It includes 14 CAS items and 12 Build/Buy objects, plus a styled room with three color variations. The kit released on January 16, 2025 and is available on the EA App and Steam.
The hidden bookcase door
The centerpiece of the kit is the Secret Sanctuary Bookcase, a bookcase that doubles as a door in Build Mode. Place it between two rooms to create a hidden passage, concealing entire wings of a house or individual rooms behind what looks like ordinary shelving. A separate Secret Sanctuary Door piece works alongside it as the portal on the other side.
Build/Buy objects
The 12 Build/Buy items follow an opulent, antique-inspired aesthetic. Functional pieces include the Arcane Aroma Tea Tray, which dispenses Shadowberry Tea and gives Sims a +2 Confident moodlet, the Classical Revival Vanity with preset makeup looks, and the Echoes of Elegance Gramophone that emits red mist while playing music. The set also includes the Twilight Repose Chaise Lounge, Chateaux Charm Fireplace, Gilded Gaze Frame TV, Vintage Allure Jewelry Box, Gilded Looking Glass, and Whispering Walls Gallery Frames. Color swatches coordinate with existing base game furniture for easier room styling.
Create a Sim fashion
The 14 CAS items draw from Italian-inspired fashion with polished designs and classic silhouettes. The range covers tops (business shirt, crop top, polo), bottoms (shorts, skirt, trousers), full-body outfits (formal dress, pajamas, sports outfit), shoes (boots, heels), and accessories (bracelets, earrings, necklaces). Most pieces lean towards feminine styling and cover every clothing category except swimwear.
