What the kit includes
Modern Luxe Kit is a kit for The Sims 4 focused entirely on build and buy mode content. It includes 28 items and one pre-built styled room available in three color themes. The items lean into modern design with art deco influences, using a color palette of neutrals, pastels, and a rich navy that stands out from most contemporary furniture sets. Metallic finishes come in chrome, gold, and rose gold swatch options. Released on September 7, 2023, the kit is available on the EA app, Steam, PlayStation, Xbox, and the Epic Games Store.
Bedroom and living room pieces
The kit's items split across two groupings. Bedroom Bliss covers a lavish bed with a tufted headboard, a vanity table, a plush rug, accent pillows, and decorative accents for building out a high-end sleeping space. Signs of Success adds statement pieces for living areas, including the ArtFrame TV (a functional television designed to look like framed wall art), designer handbag clutter, bust sculptures, and the Vintique Record Player with eight swatches. Bookcase No. 212 comes pre-decorated with books, while the SoChic Wall Shelf provides a bare shelving option. The Elevated Taste Planter rounds out the décor with nine swatches.
Walls, floors, and lighting
The kit includes the Sophistico Accent Wall pattern and a matching Sophistico Tile floor, both available in several color swatches. Legendary Curtains come in 10 swatches, each with its own colored curtain rod as a separate piece. Lighting options include the Light of Legends ceiling light, its taller variant (the Longer Light of Legends), and The Lamp of Luxury table lamp with nine swatches. The Incline Leaning Mirror offers six swatches and works well in bedrooms and entryways. Most items across the kit offer between seven and ten swatch options, giving builders plenty of room to match existing interiors or mix palettes.
