Fitness Stuff is a stuff pack for The Sims 4 released on June 20, 2017. It focuses on active lifestyles with a rock climbing wall, wearable earbuds, TV workout channels, and a collection of athleisure fashion and nature-inspired décor.
Rock climbing wall
The centerpiece of Fitness Stuff is the Top Hitz Rock Climbing Wall, an interactive object available in buy mode for §2,600. It builds the Fitness skill and also tracks a hidden Rock Climbing skill with five levels. Sims start with two routes, Gentle Incline and Vertical Incline, then unlock the Overhang route at level 2. Five endurance challenges scale from Beginner through Dangerous difficulty, ending with a Fire Challenge that sprays flames at Sims while they climb. Completing the harder challenges takes many attempts, and Sims frequently catch fire during the Fire Challenge. Sims with the Naturalist trait are immune to the flames.
Earbuds and workout videos
Earbuds are a wearable accessory costing §100 that let Sims listen to music anywhere without disturbing nearby Sims. They come in nine color options and are usable by children and older age groups. Controls include changing stations, adjusting volume, skipping songs, and dancing along to the music.
The pack also adds two workout video channels to televisions: Plumboomba Dance Video and Power Sculpting Video. Sims gain Fitness skill while following along at home, giving them a way to train without dedicated gym equipment.
Create a Sim and build mode
Fitness Stuff includes athleisure clothing in vibrant colors for gym and casual wear. Female Sims get four hairstyles, five tops, two bottoms, two accessories, and one shoe style. Male Sims get one hairstyle, four tops, two bottoms, one accessory, and one shoe style.
In build and buy mode, the pack adds 36 items including nature-inspired décor and objects suited to home gyms, fitness studios, and modern bathrooms.
