Teen Style Stuff is a stuff pack for The Sims 2 developed by Maxis and published by Electronic Arts. It released on November 5, 2007 in North America as the seventh of ten stuff packs for the game.
The pack focuses entirely on teenage Sims, adding themed bedroom furniture, decor, electronics, clothing, and hairstyles across three distinct style categories.
Three style themes
Every item in the pack falls into one of three aesthetics, each built around a different teen archetype.
Goth. Dark, moody bedroom furnishings define this theme. Expect black-and-red armoires, plush velvet chairs, and gloomy decorative pieces. The clothing leans into the same palette with darker fabrics and accessories.
Thrasher. The skater-inspired theme brings an edgy, laid-back feel. Standout items include a skateboard wall sculpture and a surfboard display piece. Furniture and decor reflect that same casual, action-sport energy.
Socialite. The upscale option. A delicately carved wardrobe sits at the center of this set, designed for storing designer jeans and fashionable accessories. The overall style skews trendy and polished compared to the other two themes.
What's in the pack
Teen Style Stuff includes more than 100 new items spread across buy mode and Create-a-Sim.
In buy mode, new objects cover comfort items (dining chairs), surfaces, decorative pieces, electronics (a new stereo and TV), lighting, hobbies, doors, floors, and wall coverings. Each object category has pieces styled to match one or more of the three themes, so players can furnish a full bedroom in a consistent look.
On the CAS side, the pack adds new hairstyles and outfits for teen Sims. Clothing options include track suits, designer jeans, and yoga outfits, with each theme contributing its own fashion direction.
Reception
Teen Style Stuff received limited critical coverage. The pack did not collect enough reviews to generate a Metascore on Metacritic, where it holds a user score of 5.7 based on six ratings. The one indexed critic review, from PC Zone UK, gave it a 19 out of 100.
As a late-era stuff pack for The Sims 2, Teen Style Stuff sits alongside packs like Kitchen & Bath Interior Design Stuff and IKEA Home Stuff in a stretch of releases that focused heavily on themed object collections rather than gameplay additions.
Availability
Teen Style Stuff originally shipped as a PC-only retail disc. The pack was included in The Sims 2 collection that appeared on the EA App in January 2025 alongside all other Sims 2 expansion and stuff packs.
