The Sims Pet Stories is the second game in the Stories product line.

Stories and free play

The Sims Pet Stories challenges your Sims to care for and train pets, similar to The Sims 2 Pets. Like The Sims Life Stories, it was optimized for laptops and includes both story-driven play and free play.

In Create a Family mode, you can choose from 70 dog breeds and 30 cat breeds.

The game introduces two stories: Alice and her dog Sam, and Stephen and the cat Diva. In the first story, Alice is struggling financially and enters the local dog show to win the prize money that could save her house. The second story follows successful chef Stephen, whose ordinary life is disrupted when he has to care for Diva, his cousin's spoiled cat.

All games in The Sims Stories series are standalone products and do not support expansion packs or stuff packs from The Sims or The Sims 2.
